PMG is currently pursuing to leverage the principals tenant, banking and broker relationships. We are currently seeking retail properties to place our operating partners and tenant relationships. In addition to developing properties into Class A retail sites we are also currently working with a number of both regional and national banks to purchase their distressed debt. Our investments in distressed debt seek to gain title to the property at a significant discount to market value. Though seasoned relationship formulated over a number of years in the commercial real estate industry PMG always seeks to maximize risk-adjusted returns to our investors.
